We are a family-owned business (living on premises) set back off the road and bordered on 2 sides by large fields. We teach English (basic dressage, hunt seat and basic jumping), Western Pleasure and Driving (miniature horses). Lessons include grooming and saddling (or harnessing) as well as horse care. We believe that a rider should know how to do it all, not just get on a tacked horse and go. Several lesson horses are available for partial lease to students, including a pony and miniatures that drive. Activities that students work towards include local open shows, parades, trail rides, drill team and a game day. Check out our events area for more info and be sure to look at the photos pages.

We are also home to the Miniature Horse Driving Drill team seen at the Midwest Horse Fair in Madison, WI for the last 5 years (2003 to 2007). See them on their own website www.doublelminis.com.

Linda Lanzer, part owner and manager, is a certified instructor from Potomac Horse Center in Maryland. Other instructors she has studied under include Western specialists, Tom and Toni Tenlen in Michigan. To add to her repotoire, she attended Natural Horsemanship clinics taught by Eric Clarke and Chris Cox. She teaches a balanced seat, incorporating Dressage and Natural Horsemanship techniques into her training. As the leader of a very active 4-H horse group (the Clover Rockets Equestrians), she keeps herself pretty busy. The 4-H group has their own website also. Check it out: www.cloverrockets4h.com.
